Bobby Izquierdo Photography Certificate of Authenticity

This is my Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) that I give to every print that I sell. For prints I sell through my website, for which orders are fulfilled using the Fotomo application and Bay Photo, I will send you a PDF of CoA to your email address. I will apply the CoA to the frame archival backing whenever I frame the print myself.

1. This is the catalog series that the image belongs to.
2. Title of the print
3. Number of the print out of total number in the series
4. Description or background of the print
5. Details of the print include the camera used to make the photograph, camera serial number, lens, etc. All prints will have a serial number that is uniquely for the print. There is also an SKU number for the print. I catalog all of this information in a spreadsheet that I own.
